Donations are processed through third-party payment providers like PayPal or Eventbrite to insure the best possible customer experience and ensure the customer’s privacy.

Refund Policy

All donations for any product, service, picture, or event ticket final.

Sponsorships Blue Jean Ball

The Blue Jean Ball fundraiser sponsor acknowledges and commit to selected sponsorship and do hereby agree to all terms and conditions contained in this correspondence. We understand that if The Blue Jean Ball Fundraiser is cancelled for any reason that the it will be rescheduled within 6-13 months of the original date and that 100% of the sponsorship payment will be due based on the original due date. And that if for any reason the Blue Jean Ball Fundraiser is not conducted or my company cancels that I will be assessed a 50% fee of my total sponsorship fee. Additionally, I understand that if my company cancels with in 30 days prior to The Blue Jean Ball fundraiser event that I will be assessed a 100% fee of my total sponsorship fee. I also agree that if payment is not made 60 days prior to the Blue Jean Ball Fundraiser, I could lose the sponsorship opportunity. I also understand that the electronic communication of this form acts as a signed document confirming the participation of my company. I further understand that The RAIN Group, Inc. reserves the right to refuse the participation of my company without reason on cause. The due for sponsorship payment is within 10 day of the the form submission.

Pictures

The pictures taken at the 2017 Blue Jean Ball are free to save, share and print. You do not own any rights to the photos. This means that you should not remove the Blue Jean Ball logo or alter the picture in anyway. We ask that you give a link back to BlueJeanBall.org when sharing on social media. Optional - We can print the pictures and mail them to you for a donation for $20.00

Exclusions and Limitations

The information on this site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the company’s literature.
