Many of the members of The RAIN Group are from The City of Mobile's historic neighborhood-Toulminville and attended Booker T. Washington Middle School. Where their lives were richly immense by the education and experiences gained from this community and school. Therefore, we have a passion to become a change agent for the community we know and love. The Group was formed to promote a positive quality of life by providing services that are solutions for the enrichment of all. Therefore, it was imperative to the members of the RAIN Group to get involved and fulfill their mission to Restore, Aid, Inspire our Neighbors.
